The prices are good and appreciation rates while not what they have been in the past, are still higher than averages elsewhere. With the stabilization of the market in this area, it is great time to purchase a Second or Vacation Home in the Panama City Beach area.
The Panama City Beach Redevelopment project is underway and in full swing. The TDC (Tourist Development Council) has new directives aimed at bringing more tourism to the area. There are a few opportunities to obtain Condo pre-sales or existing sales at below market prices but these are becoming more rare all the time.
