How to save a search

Please register to gain access to our Advanced Search Features as well as obtaining your private Control Panel.

You must be a registered visitor to be able to save your property searches.  To become a registered visitor and have access to all the advanced features of the Panama City Florida real estate website, please read the instructions: How to use your private Control Panel

Saved searches allow you to receive new listings by email that match your search criteria as they are listed and become available.

This is but one more reason to be a registered visitor at Panama City Real Estate and work with the most technologically advanced real estate team in the Bay County Florida area.

NOTE: You must register with a valid email address to receive the listings!

On the right side of your browser window is a panel "FIND YOU NEXT HOME by...".  This is your Panama City Florida real estate property search panel.

At the  bottom of the search panel you will see: "Need more options? Try out Advanced Search!".  Click the Advanced Search link and will be presented with the Panama City Real Estate Advanced Search page:

On this page you will notice tabs at the top:

• By City
• By Subdivision
• By School
• By Zip Code
• By MLS Number
• By Map

We give quite a few options to search for Panama City Florida real estate!

For now, let's select the "By City" tab (you should already be looking at the the "By City" tab).

• Select the Property Type for which you'd like to search
• Select the Property Sub Type for which you'd like to search (optional)
• Choose a city by clicking the check box next to the name of the city for which you want to search.  You can select more than one city.  You MUST select at least one city.
• Optionally, select your From price range (minimum) and your To price range (maximum)
• Optionally, select the Rooms - Min. Beds and Min. Baths
• Optionally, select the Property Details - Square Feet, Min. Acres, Built After

 Once you have completed your search criteria make sure the "Save Search" check box is checked:

Enter a descriptive title for your search then click the blue "Start Search"button.

If you are not a registered visitor with access to the advanced features of the Panama City Florida real estate website, you will be presented with the opportunity to register.

You must be a registered visitor to be able to save your property searches. 

If you are a registered visitor you will be presented with the results of your search.

You can modify or delete your saved search at any time by accessing your private Panama City Real Estate control panel and selecting My Saved Searches.

You can also delete or edit your saved search criteria from this screen so you don't have to re-create your searches everytime you log in to Panama City Real Estate.

If you have any questions, problems or concerns when using any of the features of the Panama City Real Estate website, please forward them to me.
