A business article from The Tallahassee Democrat reports on the latest attempts to stop the New Panama City International Airport.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has suspended a permit for the proposed new international airport in Bay County following a court’s decision to issue a stay in a related legal challenge.
Construction has begun in the areas not designated as wetlands and according to airport authorities, this latest development is a “technicality”.
If the Panama City-Lynn Haven metro area is to continue it’s growth, this airport is essential.
