Panama City Real Estate - New features

I’ve had my webmaster very busy lately by completely remodeling my condominiums pages (thanks Jessie you’re the greatest)!

For your convenience, each condo page now includes either: all condos for sale in that complex or a Quick search feature for various phases of the complex.

In addition, I will be adding many more resort complexes as well as local condominium projects typically not considered resorts (but still great opportunities for use as primary, vacation and rental units) using this same format.

Airport Ruling

Today, Jan. 28th, the Panama City/Bay County International Airport announced the stay on construction for the new airport has been lifted by the US Court of Appeals. The Next step is in the hands of the Army Corp of Engineers to lift their suspension.

The Airport also announced US Air will begin servicing Panama City in April.

Buyers and investors, do not let the current markget opportunities pass you buy. Interest rates are the lowest in 4 years, and there are some excellent opportunities in the Panama City Real Estate Market!

30 year mortgage rates are now at a 4 year low!

Mortgage rates are averaging 5.48 percent for the week ending 1/24/08, which is down from 5.69 percent of only a week ago.
