30 year mortgage rates are now at a 4 year low!

With rates this low, can you really afford to wait to invest in real estate or purchase a new home?

Mortgage rates are averaging 5.48 percent for the week ending 1/24/08, which is down from 5.69 percent of only a week ago.

Like I’ve been saying all along, the time to buy is now! Property prices are at a sustainable level, inventories are growing producing a buyers market.
