I am often asked: “When is the best time to sell my property.”

This question although sometimes difficult for many, is actually quite easy to answer. The answer is “Now”.

Why? Because people are always looking to purchase a home.

Whether it be for:

• Relocation
• Upsizing
• Downsizing
• Life changes

Back in the 70′s and 80′s when interest rates were in the double digits, people who needed a new place to live, were buying homes. We’ve been undergoing quite a cold spell for the past few days. The temperature even reached 32̊° the other evening… Brrrrrr…

On a more positive note, the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) released their November 2007 home/condo resales data and guess what, the Panama City Real Estate Market continues to show a positive trend (Isn’t that what I’ve been telling everyone?).
