I’ve had quite a wonderful weekend, so let me update you…

I had 3 out of area buyers come to town this weekend and all made offers!

The first buyer, was an investor from California – Lonnie. I showed him several condos on the beach as well as several multi-units. It was his first time in Panama City Beach, and of course he fell in love with the ocean views from the condo he was renting.

He loved them so much, we submitted an offer for one in Long Beach Resort! He was also impressed with the income from a few multi-units I showed him and we’ll be submitting an offer on one this week! Now that’s a savvy buyer!

I also met with Jeff, a military relocation buyer from Alabama. He and his brother drove down for the day to look at homes for Jeff and his lovely fiance Sarah, and within showing him 2 homes, he made an offer which was accepted that day! Congratulations Jeff, you picked a very nice home in Shadow Bay.

In addition, Cynthia and I who have been working together for a few weeks came to Panama City Beach to look at a few condos. Not suprisingly, she fell in love with a wonderful unit in the Portside condominium complex and we will be submitting an offer on Monday.

All in all, a great weekend for meeting new friends, clients and being out in the sun in Panama City Beach!
