In my efforts to continue providing the finest Panama City Real Estate website available, I will be launching several new features as well as a new look and feel.

As a real estate agent and technology leader in the Panama City, Florida area, I feel it important to not only maintain a state of the art edge over my competitors, but also continue to fine tune the technology I employ to serve my clients and customers.

Therefore, over the next several weeks I will be implementing some very exciting changes and additions to my website as well as implementing new technologies to better serve my customers.

Some changes you will notice immediately:

New look - I will be altering the colors slightly to provide my visitors a more clear reading opportunity.
New layout - I will be implementing a wider text format. This will allow my content to be viewed and read in an easier format with less scrolling.
Easier search page - I will also be implementing what I believe will be a much easier to navigate search page. The search will still allow all the current options, but I will offer what I believe to be a much easier method of searching for active MLS listings.
Enhanced Map Search - My MLS Map search page is also under going a complete redesign to better assist those visitors that prefer to use a map search.

Some changes you may not notice immediately:

Personalized searching - As part of my ability to provide advanced technology services, when you register to view my customized listing details and save a search, you will automatically receive via email, new listings that match your criteria as they become available. This will save my visitors allot of time by not having to re-enter their search criteria on other sites they may be visiting. Now, enter it once on my site, save it and receive automatic updates.
Automated emailing of updates - You can now join my many customers in receiving automated updates to the website as well as automatic article subscriptions via RSS Feeds or emails.
Skype Call Me - I have already implemented this new feature. Skype is an advanced technology that allows you to contact me directly from my website. Skype is a free to use (non-commercial) service. If you have Skype installed, you can contact me directly over the internet, Free of charge! All you need is headphones and a mic and Skype. Try it, it’s an amazing product.

Your site is really great! I find it to be one of the best around, not only in the Panama City Florida area. You have so many features and they’re easy to use. Good job!
