Update on the homeowners extention:

Homestead Exemption filing deadline has been extended to March 7th.

Just thought I’d remind everyone, Florida homeowners must apply for a homestead exemption and for the new property tax portability provision passed in the Constitutional amendment voted into law on January 29th - prior to March 7th, 2008!

Time is running out, so please make your way to your nearest professional to assist you. If you are not sure who to contact, please contact me and I will give you the information you need!
