Market and Product Knowledge – I believe part of becoming the “Greatest Real Estate Agent in the World“ the agent must maintain a strong and thorough knowledge of their local real estate market.

Panama City International Airport updates – All systems are GO!

Another great day and big win for the Panama City area !

On Thursday, February 14th 2008 a U.S. District Court judge again denied the airport opponents’ attempts to halt construction at the new Panama City – Bay County International Airport!

Airport Authority Chairman Joe Tannehill said construction was proceeding unrestricted, in accordance with our permits, and on schedule. Read the full article here.

Panama City Beach Real Estate – Emerald Beach Resort update…

Panama City Beach Real Estate - Emerald Beach ResortRecently, Wyndham Vacation Ownership purchased 100 units at the Emerald Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Without disclosing terms of the deal President and CEO Franz Hanning added that Wyndham has an agreement to purchase an additional 100 units at a later date.
