Update on the homeowners extention:

Homestead Exemption filing deadline has been extended to March 7th.

Just thought I’d remind everyone, Florida homeowners must apply for a homestead exemption and for the new property tax portability provision passed in the Constitutional amendment voted into law on January 29th – prior to March 7th, 2008!
