Great that the FL market is picking up enough that you need help! That’s good news for the FL real estate market. We are slowly working through our inventory here in Madison WI and hoping that things will pick up soon. The Spring market is usually pretty good around here. I just hope sellers don’t get cocky and overprice their homes like they often do in the Spring. I think even with rates as low as they are, there is still too much reticence on the part of buyers. We need realistic pricing so buyers will buy!
