It’s been awhile since my last post due to lots of new business activity in Panama City, Florida, so here is my latest updates on what has been happening:

As the Panama City Real Estate market enters the summer season, I am very pleased to announce my websites’ new look and feel has gone live.

The market has been hot and heavy with the investor condo market taking the lead in sales over single family homes. It’s still a great time to invest in those condos as prices are very low and mortgage rates continue to hold steady.

There have been many new relocation sales occuring through out the area. Callaway in particular is poised for additional increases in residential and commercial real estate sales.

In part due to several new shopping centers and strip malls opening as well as military and family oriented business relocations.

New Team Members

I am also pleased to announce the addition of two new team members to Panama City Real Estate; Wanda and David Martinez. Wanda and David are long time residents and weell known in the Panama City Real Estate market.

Wanda and David Martinez bring not only many years of experience to my team, but as an added bonus they both are fluent in Spanish.

Their addition to the Panama City Real Estate team, will help further my reach into the international real estate market.

Wanda and David will be helping me by offering the same quality real estate services all my customers have come to expect.

Being able to reach this new international market share, will not only help my business but my residential, commercial and investment real estate customers as well.
