Fortunately for me, the Panama City Florida area is consistently featured in financial and investment news, articles and blogs providing me a wealth of information from which to draw on.

Here’s the latest example:

In a recent article by Reporter, Kellie Grant for SmartMoney.com, she has named Panama City Beach Florida the number 1 spot to own a Vacation home!

Citing not only the white sand beaches, the many championship golf courses, active dining and social night life but also the reasonable prices of available Panama City Beach Condos and homes for sale.

And of course, she mentions the impact the new Panama City International Airport will have on the Panama City tourist industry.

What are one bedroom and two bedroom condos with a view and access to the ocean going for right now?

Galveston has been getting spendy as of late and we keep hearing alot about how your prices have come down. Members of my investment club have been talking a great deal about Panama City and I wouldn’t mind having a Florida vacation spot myself.

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I’m still catching up from Mega Camp.

Prices are varying significantly for 1 and 2 BR gulf front units depending on the complex and location. However, my customers are purchasing units anywhere from $190,000 up to $400,000 for higher end 1 BR units with bunk beds.
