Panama City Beach Condos… They’re moving!

In the past several weeks I’ve been working diligently with several new and returning clients interested in the current Panama City Beach condo opportunities!
This week several of my customers are closing on Aqua Condo units, Calypso units and Sunbird units.
What this verifies is there are still many Panama City condo opportunities available at fair prices.
So if you’re sitting on the fence waiting for that ultimate price reduction, you may be waiting a very long time and possibly may miss some good investment opportunities entirely.
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: If you’re waiting for the Panama City – Bay County Airport to open before purchasing vacation or investment property, you will have waited too long!
