Well the Ocean Reef Auction has ended and perhaps not so much with a bang, but a slight sigh.
Condos were sold ranging in price from:
4 bedrooms – $ $305,00 (+10% buyers premium) – $380,000
The magic sale occurred for the 2 bedroom units which went for $205,000 (+10% buyers premium). This price point is pretty much where I thought they might sell. But, you never know.

There’s a lot more of these auctions creeping up lately. I just went to check out John McCain’s former residence in Phoenix. It will probably be sold for somewhere around 7 million + 10% auction fees to the buyer. I guess if you have that kind of money, what’s another measley 700k

I am getting allot of interest in these auctions as there are some very good deals to be had..
