That’s very smart of you to add special search functions for short sales and foreclosures. It seems that many buyers want to be able to directly view these listings but don’t have many places to find them directly. I think more and more real estate agents are going to begin adding special search functions such as this to their websites, as well.
Yup, will the special search functions I think many users will find it easy to get the information that they are looking for.
Thus help them to ease up the property finding process.
The short sale and foreclosure search features are great, as is this blog and website in general. I don’t imagine anyone in Panama City would require another real estate resource. Great job!

I love the short sale function too, but folks don’t forget there are deals as good as short sales in the regular mls. Don’t forget to look at those listings, too.
Its true, there are some great deal in the regular MLS. This time of year should be an extra incentive to buyers and anyone who is renting. If a house is on the market now ‘during the holidays’ the sellers probably need to sell.
I second what Sue says, there are great deals out there as good and often better than the short sale listings. Great market for buyers and they would be smart to take advantage of it asap.
