Specifics include:
- There are no minimum bids and no reserves.
- 10% down
- Closing no later than 30 days from auction date
- +10% buyer premium paid at closing.
- Pre-sale inspections dates are to be announced
This condominium complex is the first phase in a series that will make up the development known as the Towne of Seahaven in Panama City Beach Florida.
