Going, Going, Gone….

Well it was quite an auction!

Condos which previously sold for more than $500,000 were selling around $200,000! Now that’s quite a deal.

The deal of the day thought, IMO was an effeciency which I believe went for $50,000!

Three-bedroom condo units sold for about $270,000 and 2 bedrooms were selling around $200,000.

Granted, Origins is not gulf front but it is directly across the street which lovely gulf views. Whether this trend will continue is anyones guess at the moment.

However, the real estate auction opportunities are obviously alive and well in Panama City Beach Florida.

The November market summary has been posted and it appears the Panama City Real Estate market is once again heading in the right direction.

If you’ve been waiting for the Panama City Real Estate market to bottom out, I suggest you wait no longer. Pricing for most homes and condos are at an all time low, and the trend is about to reverse.
