Jennifer Mackay I’d like to start this new year with a warm thank you to all my current and future visitors and customers. I hope your past year was a happy, healthy and successful one and together we look forward to a prosperous new year in 2009.
Now that 2008 has come to an end, it’s that time of the year when I begin to plan the years upgrades and enhancements to the web site and the business at Panama City Real Estate.
There are many new enhancements I am considering for the site as well as a new business model to better assist my customers and continue to provide the finest, most technologically advanced real estate services available in the Panama City – Lynn Haven area.
Here are just a few of the new business changes I am working on:
- Adding more real estate agents to my team. I have been having conversations with several real estate agents who have expressed interest in joining the Panama City Real Estate Team. Adding agents to the team will not only provide more time for me to devote to my business but also provide additional support for my customers and clients. I have developed a rigorous training platform to ensure that my quality of service is reflected by each and every agent that joins the team.
- Expanded International investment properties. Many of my customers have expressed interest in obtaining investment properties outside of the United States. I am currently working to not only expand the international section of my web site, but also adding international agent support for these properties and investments.
- Increased Commercial opportunities. Investors are always looking for good commercial deals and with the abundance of commercial real estate opportunities in Panama City, I will be expanding my commercial listings and exposure. Several agents which have expressed interest in joining the team, are commercial experts. Look for many new commercial listings and expansion of the commercial section of my web site and my Panama City Commercial Real Estate web site as well.
- Guest bloggers and commentators. Several experts from various fields ranging from home repairs to Mortgages to international real estate investments have expressed interest in providing new and unique articles for this blog and my web site. Look for these new features very soon.
- Mortgage assistance. As I continue to expand my business model for the coming year, I will be expanding and adding additional mortgage information and support from several of the local mortgage industry experts. By providing increased mortgage information and coverage during these difficult economic times provides my customers with a one-stop shopping experience for everyone. In addition to Linda Hancock’s Mortgage Newsletter, I will be featuring new blog posts and articles from several mortgage experts.
- Expanded News letter. Many of you have been asking for more updates to my Newsletter – Panama City Real Estate for everyone. By adding additional agents and support to my team, I will be in a position to offer more information and additional publications for my quarterly newsletter. I hope to expand the newsletter to a bi-monthly publication for your convenience. I will of course continue to provide local information, helpful house hold tips and tricks, recipes as well as a new technical section (Hopefully, I can convince my webmaster Jessie from Cochran Consulting to provide an article now and then).
As always, I strive to provide the finest and most technologically advanced real estate services available in the Bay County – Panama City area.
I am looking forward to this new year with excitement and hope we will all weather the current economic storm safely and be able to build our financial independence together.

Hey Jennifer. I followed your link from REW and WOW. I am impressed. Where in the world do you find all the time to write all these great blogs? Very very impressive. Your stuff is informative, customer oriented, and through. I just got a LEC2 and it is working great so far but the writing is a struggle. I’ll certainly keep an eye on you blog site as it is as good as any I have seen.
