As promised, I am pleased to announce the first implementation of the many new web site features you will see in the coming months.

The new Panama City Florida real estate auction alert sign up sheet is live and available for your convenience and located in the Florida Real Estate Investors section.

Over the next several weeks and months I will be implementing more features for your convenience.

Here’s how this feature works:

Simply complete the contact form that I have provided and my team and I will do the rest.

You will receive an email alert whenever we become aware of auctions in the Panama City Florida real estate market. In addition, you can specify any additional information you’d like us to keep an “eye” out for you.     I really like the emphasis on customer engagement and offering tools and information based on what customers are asking for.
    Many people like to say they have great ‘customer service’ but more often than not from my experience in the corporate and real estate world, they still lack a true ‘customer orientation.’ The difference is that the former would see a customer need as ‘that’s great but I will decide if we want to implement it’ while the latter would see it as ‘this is important to our customers and so needs to be important to us.’

    So, great focus here. That’s what makes the difference between Realtors.

    I try to provide the finest service available in market area of Bay County and Panama City Florida.
