Many people like to say they have great 'customer service' but more often than not from my experience in the corporate and real estate world, they still lack a true 'customer orientation.' The difference is that the former would see a customer need as 'that's great but I will decide if we want to implement it' while the latter would see it as 'this is important to our customers and so needs to be important to us.' So, great focus here. That's what makes the difference between Realtors.
