I’ve had several inquiries recently in regards to the East Bay development project.

I’ve placed a call to their local number as well as their 800 number and received a call back from their representative.

According to the representative here is what is available and the status of the East Bay development project:

Phase A – There are 168 lots available for sale to developers for vertical construction.  This phase has been accepted by the city and has water and sewer hook ups.

Phase B/C – 99 Lots are available without water/sewer.  However, it would not take much to complete the infrastructure on these phases.

They are currently working on obtaining permits for 125 Wet slips and 250 dry slips for future use.

My team and I took several pictures of the site. Here is what has been done at the site as of January 14, 2009.

As I receive additional information, I will update every one concerned.  If you’d like to view the East Bay project, contact me for an exclusive showing of the available development areas.

Mean while, contact me directly (850) 774-6582, when you require assistance with your Panama City Real Estate purchases. From land to condos to commercial sales, my team and I are here to assist you.
