An interesting report issued by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, is reporting prices for conforming properties with mortgages backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac increased in January.
While the report excludes expensive homes with subprime loans and jumbo mortgages, it may be a sign that the market is turning.
What do you think?
While not the definitive measure of the real estate market, the report is good news for those who have been waiting for the bottom.

I am pleased to announce that Barbrann Conley (call her Barbie) has agreed to become the latest member of The Panama City Real Estate Team.
Barbie, will be running the Property Management department. My webmaster will be bringing up a new website specifically for the department. With online applications for renters, featured rental property searches, private online owner access and reports and a host of additional features the new website will be the most technologically advanced and customer service oriented rental site available in the Panama City Beach real estate market area.
