As many of my new and returning customers have asked recently: ‘How’s the market’. I’ve continually responded “We’re seeing some very good signs and movement locally’.
While not the final word on the market, it is a positive outlook to what I believe is the turning market.
Panama City Florida real estate – Market updates
The latest Panama City Florida real estate market update for March is available. Some very interesting trends are obvious for last month: Condo sales were up which as decreased the absorption rate for condos.
In addition, home sales were up also decreasing the absorption rate for home sales.
This is exciting news as it shows a steady increase in sales over the last several months.
If you’ve been waiting for the market to hit bottom, you may very well be too late!
As we come into one of the busiest purchasing seasons for the Panama City and Panama City Beach real estate markets, the time to purchase is now, not tomorrow!
