Jen, this is very interesting. In Morristown NJ, auctions haven’t really taken off. Island Reserve looks really nice. Just out of curiosity, what was the selling price and size of the last unit?

While not a driving force of our market recovery, auctions do have their place and offer some incredible deals for some lucky bidders.
