The Panama City Real Estate Team – Children’s Home Society benefit

You may remember during the KW Red Day event, my office and I went to a local children’s home sponsored by the Children’s Home Society of Florida, to help with landscaping, painting and other home repair projects.

Last night, Jessie and I had the pleasure of attending a wonderful benefit event again for the Children’s Home Society of Florida.

The benefit was held at the Majestic Towers resort in Panama City Beach, Florida and raised funds for the Children’s Home Society of Florida.  All the proceeds from the event went to the Children’s Home Society.  Read more | Florida Real Estate | Panama City... Florida real estate – HUD Tax Credit update: Closing Costs

Hud has updated the rules for using the Tax Credit and allowing the credit to be used towards closing costs.

Here is an excerpt from the article:

FHA-approved lenders received the go-ahead to develop bridge-loan products that enable first-time buyers to use the benefits of the federal tax credit upfront, according to eagerly awaited guidance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on so-called home buyer tax credit loans that was released today.
