You read that right, the average price for condos at the Island Reserve auction was approximately $70-$75 a square foot.

In fact, there were even a few selling as low as $66 a square foot.

It was a busy day, and the crowds were there to buy.  Roebuck auctions did a splendid job of moving the selling along and the auction proceeded with lots of excitement.

While Island Reserve is not a beach front location, it does sit on a busy through street to the beach.  This area is seeing lots of new development lately with restaurants, shopping and more.
