Jennifer Mackay I’ve added another wonderful feature to the Real estate market summaries: Graphs!
I’ve been publishing the local market summaries for many years and have just recently been made aware of a great tool for making graphs from the data.
First, I’d like to thank Ryan Ward for writing an article about the use of these graphs.
While quite advanced, I’m lucky enough to have a wiz of a webmaster who helped me implement these new graphs.

Condos have fallen off throughout the state. Miami has entire developments vacant. The deals are out there and thanks for bringing them to us.
Nice real estate summary Jen. The graphs are a great tool as it makes this information more visual which is soooo appealing to many people!

While that is certainly true, condo purchases are doing very well here.
I wrote 5 condo contracts this month, all accepted and about to write several more.
