Panama City Florida and the future
Every time I continue my real estate education (which is an on going process) I always apply the lessons I’ve learned toward growing my business to better serve my customers.
While having lunch during a break from my educational training this week, I’ve had the opportunity to reflect and consider how my business will be impacted over the next several months and years by the various issues facing the Panama City, Florida community.
Sure the economy is still not where we’d like it to be but the Panama City real estate market is showing significant signs of recovery.
The Panama City – Bay County International airport in the news…
Yesterday I posted a link to an interview I did about the economical impact the new Panama City Airport will have on our area.
In another article, Pat Kelly of the News Herald reports on the progress and movement of various occupants over to the new terminal and airport.
Space also is being allocated for a Bay County Chamber of Commerce Business Center and the Bay County Tourist Development Council, said Randy Curtis, executive director of the Panama City-Bay County International Airport, which is moving its operations to the new site.
