Florida real estate | Panama City Airport update

Recently the St. Joe company entered into agreement with two firms to develop approximately 1,000 acres located next to the new Panama City – Bay County International Airport.

The two company’s: The Haskell Company, America’s Green Design-Build Leader, and TranSystems Corporation, one of the world’s leading transportation planning and engineering firms, are to master plan JOE land adjacent to the new Airport.

The development is being positioned for office, retail and industrial users.

This announcement marks a significant vision of the plans St. Joe has for their land holdings in and around Panama City, Florida.

Along with the airport, expected increases in commercial and residential developments are expected to reshape the Panama City Florida area’s economy by increasing the tourism trade, attracting more corporate headquarters and large distribution centers and providing new residential communities.

It’s an exciting time in Panama City Florida.
