The latest real estate market summary for May 2009 is now availble for viewing and download.

Here is the condo Market Summary: Condo sales comparison 2008-2009…

There are some very interesting numbers from May:

  • Condo sales in units continue to rise
  • Although slightly, average condo sale prices continue to rise as well
  • Single family homes (excluding Mobile) declined slightly
  • Although average single family home prices (excluding Mobile) rose slightly

These numbers are very interesting if you are considering buying or selling a Panama City Florida property.
