Once again, I am pleased to offer another unique feature for my buying and selling customers on the Panama City Real Estate website. Home owner association documents.
When purchasing a condo or home where there is a Home Owners Association, sellers are required to furnish a complete set of HOA documents to the potential buyer. Many times these documents are difficult to come by.
To assist both buyers and sellers in obtaining these documents and to help expedite the sale, the Panama City Real Estate site will now feature links and downloads to many of these documents.
You may also find some HOA documents on the Bay County Clerk of Courts website by doing a document search for: Declaration of Condominium.
I’m sure you will find the new Panama City Florida Home Owners Association documents page to be of value.
As more of these documents and links become available, look for updated posts to reflect the most current information.
