Often I am asked “What are the plans for Panama City and Panama City Beach?”.
Most residents are aware there is a redevelopment project that was initiated several years ago.
However, many are not clear on what the proposal contained, what aesthetic aspects were proposed as well as the overall vision of the “Beach”.
To assist my valued customers and visitors I’ve created a new section “Community Redevelopment Agency” to outline the current and recent proposals for the redevelopment of the Panama City and Panama City Beach areas.
This new section will give new visitors as well as residents a better understanding as well as a visualization of the proposed roadways, intersections and visitor corridor changes we expect to see in the coming years.
