Panama City Florida the excitement is growing…

Well I’ve returned from my vacation to lots of exciting news…
Those of you that have followed my blog and website through years know that I have always been a proponent of growth and opportunities for the Panama City, Florida community. As well I have consistently praised the new airport which many residents fought tirelessly to stop.
Fortunately, they were unsuccessful and our community now has one of the best tools to help in our economic recovery and propel us into economic growth for years to come.
Many of you may have heard that Southwest Airlines has announced new flights beginning in May from the following cities:
- Houston
- Nashville
- Baltimore/Washington
- Orlando.
Of course this is exciting news that I for one have been waiting patiently for several years.
Not only does this signal the opening of our community to increased tourism trade but also provides economy flights to and from the Panama City Area. This in turn translates into a partnership with these four cities.
As we approach the opening of the new airport we expect to see not only increased in tourism and a stronger real estate market rebound but also increased business openings both retail and wholesale, corporate HQ relocation’s as well as new construction in both the residential and commercial arena’s.
Remember, once the airport begins accepting flights property sellers need to focus where their property is marketed. The internet is the most powerful tool available to market property listings and at Panama City Real Estate we’ve been the leading proponent of that arena for many years.
We continue to be the leader in providing new technologies and marketing opportunities.
