Well, here it is again, St. Patrick’s day.

The Panama City real estate team and I have been very busy lately and we have several new announcements to make:

We’d like to thank all our new and returning customers for choosing us as their real estate agents of choice in Panama City, Florida.  Without you all, we’d be unemployed!

In case you’ve not heard, the local real estate market is on fire.

Our agents are busy working with so many new and returning customers that we’ve hired another administrator to keep with up with the work load and to make sure everyone’s real estate needs are met with efficiency and expediency.

We’d like to welcome Jace Smith to the Panama City real estate team as our newest administrator and Panama City property manager.

Jace is a recent relocator to Panama City, Florida from Austin, Texas and brings many unique talents to the team.

A semi-retired film and video director and producer, Jace’s experience will help launch some of the newest marketing and promotion features we have currently under production for our valued selling customers.

In addition to these talents, Jace also brings a wealth of sales knowledge to the team: having worked with some of the most prolific Hollywood business and sales people.

Currently, Jace is studying hard for his Florida real estate exam and will be working closely with both Corrie and Rhonda as we continue to offer the most comprehensive Panama City real estate services in the area.

Look for some exciting new features in the coming weeks in large part thanks to Jace and his film and video background.
