Jennifer, what kinds of things do you do to “Market the property.” Do you syndicate your houses out to Zillow Trulia etc? So many agents talk about how the market the property well which is why I am curious as to what methods work in Panama City. Maybe this is a good topic for another blog post but just curious.

No, I don’t use zillow or trulia although KW I believe sends my listings there.
I prefer to use my website, rather than helping Z and T out rank me. I also use quite a bit of social networking.
