First off, you’ve already read about the several new agents who have joined the team.  What you have not read is we’ve added a new Administrator to the team as well: Corrie Leavins

Corrie has been with us just under a month and has already learned quite a bit and picked up on her responsibilities very quickly.  If you have questions or need assistance Corrie is the “go to” girl for the team.

Another new item is a team picture coming soon.  Thanks to Photography by Heather, we’ve taken several photos of the team and our chosen photo will be posted on our About page soon.  Heather also took several new photos of team members and I’ll be uploaded next week.

The Panama City Real Estate Team and I have recently begun offering another exciting new feature for our customers: The Best Real Estate Deals in Panama City

And of course it’s another first for the area!

In just a short time, this new feature has generated quite a bit of excitement with our buyer and investor customers as well as our selling customers.

This feature is free of course to all our registered customers, and provides yet another quality service you’ve come to expect from the Panama City Real Estate team.

How it works

These deals are found by performing research for our customers. When performing our research, we often happen upon property that stands out as a good deal but may not fit that customers’  particular “Wants and Needs”.  The property may however fit many of our other customers criteria whom we forward the information to directly.

Once we’ve identified the deal and notify our customers immediately with information regarding the property they are then in the unique position of

• Scheduling a private viewing of the property quickly
• Making an offer before other buyers/investors
• Obtaining a good deal on a Panama City home or property.

For our Selling customers

This feature provides a guideline and insight to how their property is positioned for sale.  The feature aids them and us in pricing the property for the market, provides insight to how other properties are performing and allows sellers to obtain a realistic view of what to expect in the sale of their home or property.

For our Buying and Investing customers

Knowing when a good deal hits the market is invaluable information to buyers and investors.  The Best Real Estate Deals feature provides this information on a monthly basis to our website visitors, but on a direct basis for our registered customers.  This in turn aids our buying and investing customers to make offers on properties quickly.

Guidelines

The basic “Best Deals” feature is available to all visitors of Panama City Real Estate.  However, only our registered customers obtain the updated information directly.

Registering for the Best Real Estate Deals in Panama City is easy and free, here’s how:

• You must not be currently working with another real estate agent in the area – Referral agent customers are welcome to register.  Have your agent contact us directly.
• Become a registered customer by visiting the Panama City Real Estate registration page
• Respond to the email you receive from one of our agents noting you are interested in obtaining the information directly and you are not currently working with another real estate agent
• Provide us with your “Wants and Needs” criteria and we will do the rest.

That’s all there is to it!

Once you’ve signed up for the “Best Deals” feature, you’ll begin to receive the deals that match your criteria as we find them.

Let us know if you have specific criteria for your purchase and we’ll make sure to inform you when your criteria produces a “Best Deal” notice.
