Panama City Real Estate Recently, Country Home magazine, in conjunction with Sperling’s BestPlaces, reveals that Panama City/Lynn Haven is one of the best ‘Green’ cities in the United States.

As gas prices rise, home buyers have become more interested in exploring a green lifestyle.

“The Best Green Places study, which is based on data discovered by Sperling’s BestPlaces, examines 24 data metrics in 5 major categories — including air and watershed quality, mass transit usage, power usage, farmers markets, organic producers, and number of green-certified building.”

Panama City Beach Real Estate Auctions - Marina Landing

Panama City Beach condos - Marina Landing Marina Landing a 87 unit, 16-story high-rise at the foot of the west end of the Hathaway Bridge is placing 25 units up for auction to the highest bidder!

Originally, these units were priced ranging from $534,500 for a two-bedroom unit up to $917,000 for a three-bedroom end unit. Penthouse units on the 15th and 16th floors ranged from $764,000 to $2.09 million.

With amenities such as: tiled entryways and living rooms, granite kitchen counter tops and stainless steel appliances, window walls with spectacular water views and spacious balconies.
