I am pleased to announce that Barbrann Conley (call her Barbie) has agreed to become the latest member of The Panama City Real Estate Team.
Barbie, will be running the Property Management department. My webmaster will be bringing up a new website specifically for the department. With online applications for renters, featured rental property searches, private online owner access and reports and a host of additional features the new website will be the most technologically advanced and customer service oriented rental site available in the Panama City Beach real estate market area.

The latest Panama City Mortgage newsletter has been published, and shows some interesting trends.
If you look at the graphs at the bottom of the page, the Mortgage Rates shift since December shows a significant decline. This is good news for buyers waiting for the right time to purchase, which is now.
In addition, the latest Panama City real estate market summary is available. It also shows some interesting trends: The absorption rate for both Homes and Condos for sale, has declined slightly (the time required to sell the current active listings).
February 25th, 2009 Jennifer Mackay Well. I’ve just returned from the Keller Williams family reunion. For those unaware, the KW family reunion is a convention held annually for agents across the U.S. and Canada.
During the convention, I attended many seminars, classes and spoke with lots of new and old friends and acquaintances.
The information I gathered is timely and will be applied to assisting my customers and clients with all their Panama City real estate needs.
Following the convention, I always return rejuvenated and energized for action!
