Panama City Real Estate | Mortgage update
The latest mortgage market update for the Panama City, Florida area has been posted for your convenience.
Here is a short summary:
Last week’s economic data continued to be mostly positive, but mortgage rates slid downwards. This
manufacturing-lead recovery continues to maintain its pace, with Industrial Production numbers
revealing solid gains for manufacturing and mining issues. While the housing and labor market will
likely be a major drag on the recovery for some time, retail sales did tick upward more than expected.
As economically positive as most of last week’s news was, inflation at the consumer level of the
economy is all but absent. This should enable the Fed to maintain its stance regarding low interest
rates for the foreseeable future.
Panama City Florida Real Estate | New Community added – La Valencia
After adding a recent new listing at La Valencia, a gated Panama City Beach Florida Community, I realized I didn’t have this community available for my visitors.
Well I’ve had my webmaster fix that situation quickly.
Here then is the latest community to be added to Panama City Real Estate – La Valencia.
La Valencia features Mediterranean style homes and tropical landscaping through out the community.
With dedicated beach access, 2 pools a spa and clubhouse and fitness center, The west end gated community of La Valencia is an often sought after vacation and 2nd home destination for many visitors to Panama City Beach, Florida.
Panama City Real Estate | Community Redevelopment
Often I am asked “What are the plans for Panama City and Panama City Beach?”.
Most residents are aware there is a redevelopment project that was initiated several years ago.
However, many are not clear on what the proposal contained, what aesthetic aspects were proposed as well as the overall vision of the “Beach”.
To assist my valued customers and visitors I’ve created a new section “Community Redevelopment Agency” to outline the current and recent proposals for the redevelopment of the Panama City and Panama City Beach areas.
