I’d like to take a moment to congratulate one of our newest team members – Jace Smith.

Jace has been working diligently with the team behind the scenes on videos, photography and property management issues as he studies for his Florida real estate license.

Yesterday, Jace finished his class and took the class final exam and passed!

Way to go Jace.

Now, all that’s left is to pass the Florida Real Estate state exam to receive your Florida real estate sales associate license.
