Panama City Beach condos for sale | Condo updates
Now that the new year is here, I’m having my team go through the site to see if we’re missing or can add anything for our valued customers and visitors.
The first place they began looking was our extensive condo section (which I can tell you is no small feat!).
Now, even though the Panama City Real Estate site has the most complete condominium section available, there is always room for improvement.
Sure enough, the team went through the condo section and updated many of the Panama City Beach condos for sale pages for your convenience.
The blog is back up and ready to go again
After experiencing some technical difficulties, I’m very happy to say the Panama City Real Estate Blog is back up and ready to go again.
In other news:
We’ve added another new team member, Robert Britt. Look for a release and post soon regarding Robert and the team.
Also, our administrator Kayla Davidson has completed her Florida real estate course and is ready to take the test. No need to cross fingers for her, she’s an incredible addition to the team. We can’t wait to have Kayla working with many of our new customers.
Panama City Real Estate | Community Redevelopment
Often I am asked “What are the plans for Panama City and Panama City Beach?”.
Most residents are aware there is a redevelopment project that was initiated several years ago.
However, many are not clear on what the proposal contained, what aesthetic aspects were proposed as well as the overall vision of the “Beach”.
To assist my valued customers and visitors I’ve created a new section “Community Redevelopment Agency” to outline the current and recent proposals for the redevelopment of the Panama City and Panama City Beach areas.
Home owners association documents
Once again, I am pleased to offer another unique feature for my buying and selling customers on the Panama City Real Estate website. Home owner association documents.
When purchasing a condo or home where there is a Home Owners Association, sellers are required to furnish a complete set of HOA documents to the potential buyer. Many times these documents are difficult to come by.
To assist both buyers and sellers in obtaining these documents and to help expedite the sale, the Panama City Real Estate site will now feature links and downloads to many of these documents.
