It’s like I’ve been saying for years – Panama City is great bargain and a wonderful family vacation destination.
USA Today agrees and has named Panama City Beach one of the Top 5 Bargain destinations.
While Spring break may not be everyone’s “cup o’ tea”, it only lasts few a few short weeks, the rest of the year is filled with relaxing fun times, warm sunny beach days and plenty of dining and entertainment for the whole family.

As I have many clients from out of the area, the team and I are often asked about local restaurants, family entertainment, shopping etc.
Since the Panama City real estate market is picking up quite nicely, it seems appropriate and timely to create a guide for vacationers and relocating friends and families as well as locals who may not be aware of many of the area’s attractions.

The latest Panama City real estate market summaries have been posted and available for download.
While sales and prices were slightly higher than last January, over all sales slipped slightly since last month.
This is however, expected as January sales are usually more sluggish than the rest of the year.
As we near the opening day of the new airport and begin to come into the height of the vacation season, we expect to see significant increases in sales and prices for all property types.
