DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

Panama City Real Estate and www.JenniferMackay.com abides by the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and we ask our users to do the same by responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

As part of our response in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may disable and/or terminate the accounts of users and/or remove or disable access to material residing on a site that is controlled or operated by Panama City Real Estate and www.JenniferMackay.com (such as www.JenniferMackay.com, www.pccommercialrealestate.com or www.thepanamacityrealestateteam.com) that is claimed to be infringing, in which case we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the person(s) who submitted the affected material so that they may make a counter notification, also in accordance with the DMCA.

Notice of Infringing Material

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Panama City Real Estate and www.jennifermackay.com’s copyright agent the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, in the case of multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Panama City Real Estate and www.jennifermackay.com to locate the material.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Panama City Real Estate and www.jennifermackay.com to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly in-fringed.
